Our current turnaround times can be found here. We update this regularly based on how busy we are. We recommend at busier times i.e. Christmas, that you get your order in early to avoid disappointment as our turnaround times will be extended.
All orders are sent 1st class via Royal Mail standard delivery, unless you request to pay extra for a guaranteed next day service - which can be arranged if you contact us.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the event you wish to return your order, you can do so within 14 days. All goods must be returned in an original/unused condition. Personalised and sale items can not be returned, unless it is faulty due to an error on our part. Please contact us before returning any items to discuss and for a return address.
PAYMENTS FOR GOODS
Our website accepts payments via credit and debit cards, Paypal and Apple Pay.
